Gender the Romani Way. Patterns, Roles, Identities
A multidimensional ethnographic study that combines the analysis of the principles of Romanipen with the description of everyday practices of Romani people from the groups Polska Roma, Lowara and Kełderasza. On the basis of many years of field research, she discusses the concept of defilements in detail, as well as other issues concerning work, family life and role models.
