I am a sociologist and anthropologist of culture, PhD Candidate at the Doctoral School of Humanities, University of Warsaw. In my research so far, I have analyzed the relationship between masculinity, feminism and emotions among men who identify as feminists and  investigated the creation of a truth-discourse on violence against women and the normative crisis accompanying the #MeToo campaign. In my PhD I look at historical transformations of the standards of treatment of women and violence against women in order to inscribe these processes in the context of normative changes in Polish culture during the post-socialist transition.
